Anarky is my favorite bat-villain. The idea of someone who can spray graffiti in Batman's cape and have a goal to make a better world amused me.
In fact, thanks to Alan Grant and Norman Breyfogle, I started to understand that anarchy doesn't mean chaos.
Anarky have been appeared in both TV series Beware the Batman (cartoon) and The Arrow and both appearance disappointed me. In Beware the Batman, Anarky was reduced to simple a Joker-wannabee while in The Arrow, Anarky was simply a rogue ex-mercenary.
Anyway, this is my inspiration, drawn by Norman Breyfogle.
